Speaker Bio

Born in Huelva, Antonio Lasaga graduated in Law from Granada University and completed advanced postgraduate programs at institutions such as IMD, Pompeu i Fabra University, and IEJE Business School. With over 20 years of experience in strategic Human Capital leadership within multinational corporations, he has built a career steering complex organizational and cultural transformations.

His international career includes significant roles in Spain, Asia, and the Middle East. At ABB Group from 2001 to 2011, he started as HR Director in Spain, where he successfully drove the merger of two companies on the labor relations and culture side. He later moved to Dubai to hold regional leadership positions, including Regional Head of Talent Management and Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits for the India, Middle East, and Africa Region. In 2011, he joined Nissan Motor Corporation as Director of HR and General Affairs in Spain, managing the competitiveness challenge strategy that secured the first passenger car assignment to the Barcelona plant. He then advanced to Global Head of HR for Infiniti Brand in Hong Kong, designing and implementing the global HR structure for the brand.

Since July 2015, he has served as the Group National HR Director for Airbus Group Spain. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall People Agenda for around 12,000 employees, focusing on consolidating the Employee Experience, the Spanish talent pipeline, and managing the Social Agenda with Unions and Governments.

In addition to his corporate roles, he is founder and member of the enClave de Personas talent and leadership think tank. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the FUE, sits on the Board of AED, and is a member of the Employability Advisory Council of CEU San Pablo University and Cuatrecasas Strategy Institute for HR.

He resides in Madrid with his wife and two children.
